Not to mention ANY names, but I get a lot of email forwards from people. Topics range from "Barack Obama is a secret Muslim" to "forward this to 50 people and you'll get thousands of dollars."
If you haven't heard of these sites already (and I'm assuming several of you haven't since I'm still getting forwards), please bookmark them. You can use either one to check the authenticity of forwards you receive. PLEASE do this before you send anything out. Down with email rumors!!
