Micah: Thomas!
Today:
Rachel: Eli's favorite animal is a cat. Micah, what's your favorite animal?
Micah: Hmm. . . trains!
For those who don't know yet, Micah is completely obsessed with Thomas the Train. It's a little intense.

is it trains in general or specifically just Thomas? Max is OBSESSED with trains - any kind. we have a geo trax system from when Sam was this age and Max plays with it non stop everyday. very easy to put together - he's even learning how to do it himself - in different ways. can build on to it with more pieces/track sets. not easy to find in stores these days, and not all that cheap. but so worth it. if you could find a deal on ebay or craigslist, i bet Micah'd love it. also carries around his favorite train books - The Little Red Caboose, Engine Engine Number Nine, some Usborne train books, and some Thomas books (which are WAY TOO WORDY, and get paraphrased!)
