The New Face of Eli

As you can see, Eli is going through a phase where he ALWAYS has his tongue sticking out. It's so pointy too!



We think he's doing this because he's teething and he likes feeling his bumpy gums. After almost 10 months, it's time for some teeth already!

It's official: I think Ali is worse than Vienna now.

Even though he sang this for the first time the day AFTER my birthday, and used his cousin's name, I'll still take it!

This pic doesn't really do justice to how messy Eli is, but you can get the idea. He has a tendency to pull his hair when he doesn't like something we're feeding him, so this gets pretty gross when he grabs his spoon first. . .


We headed straight to the bathtub afterwards. The banana/peach mousse in his hair was quite disgusting.

All the Boys' Cousins

Our boys are fortunate enough to have a wide array of cousins! Here they are with the Bardwell cousins: (front) Jordan (17) and Josiah (13), and (back) Kaleb (11), Kelsey (18), Jessi (14), and Natalie (11). I am guessing on some of their ages (sorry), so feel free to correct me, anyone!

I'm 9 months old!

I started babbling this month. I love to say da-da! I also love to scream! I still have NO teeth, but am always chewing on my toys. I love to stick out my tongue too! I can crawl. . . a little. I prefer the army crawl method, but can get up into regular crawling position and move a little bit before stalling out on my belly. I can also pull myself up to standing position. I love to lunge up and over any object in my path! Clearly, I am going to be a climber. I am starting to mimic Mommy and Daddy’s actions occasionally. That’s how I learned how to clap my toys together in my hands. I LOVE my brother. He can tickle my belly really well. I love to laugh! I am still a good eater and sleeper. I’m such a joy for my parents!
