Scrapbookpal.com

I have not done much ordering online of scrapbook supplies, but that will probably change now that I've found this site:

scrapbookpal.com

This is a great site for stocking up on the scrapbooking basics, like adhesives, scissors, markers, etc. And all orders over $25 ship for free! They don't have much paper, but the stuff they do have is very reasonably priced. The adhesive I use is around $7 at Hobby Lobby, but was only $4.99 on this site.

Happy scrapping!

Tomorrow.

Kedron just got home after being gone for the last 8 days. His trip went well, the boys and I did well, but I am exhausted. It is 8:02pm, and I already have my pajama pants on.

Tomorrow, I promise to be a busy, engaging, and helpful wife and mother. But tonight, I am going to be lazy. I'm going to take out my contacts in exactly 2 minutes, go downstairs to my leather reclining couch, and wrap myself in my Snuggie. I'm going to plop my butt in front of the TV and watch un-edifying shows. Then, after about an hour and a half, I'm going to bed.

See you tomorrow.

I'm Old: Exhibits A and B

I was at a garage sale 2 weeks ago, when I saw another Mom-type there who had on a Griswold Tigers t-shirt (my high school). So I said to her, "Griswold Tigers? Are you a Griswold Tiger?" She said, "Yes." I said, "I'M a Griswold Tiger, though probably a lot older than you." Note: she looked a little younger than me, not a lot, but I was trying to be courteous.

Her response: "Yeah, you probably are."

The next day, I went to WalMart to buy spray paint. I went through the self-check, but got "flagged" and had to have a sales associate approve my purchase. I told her that I guessed it was the spray paint. She told me you have to be 18 to buy spray paint. I told her that I'm double that age. Then it hit me: I'M DOUBLE THAT AGE. I'M TWICE AS OLD AS 18. Ouch.

San Antonio Trip

I've been meaning to post some pics from our getaway to San Antonio. Realistically, though, I may not get around to it, so I'll just share pictures of the famous person we saw in the airport.

Name that celebrity! Well, "celebrity" may be a bit of a stretch, but this is at least a semi-famous person. If I've already told you in person who it is, you can't guess :)

Finally old enough to start saying silly things

Eli, as we drove by a park today: "Nobody at the park."

Eli, 2 seconds later after noticing a couple kids there: "Yeah! Yeah-body at the park!"
